| it's really easy to post a pic,
1. you have to have only the pic in link: you right click on the pic on a website and then 'view image' you'll see only the pic in the window, you copy the link in the navigation bar,
2. you have a button in the bar, above where you write, that says 'img' you click on that and just paste the link of the pic.
and that is it, or just write
[img]link_of_pic[/img]
